The Family Planning Waiver Program (FPW) is a Medicaid program that allows women ages 15 through 44 to get certain family planning services.

Covered Services Include:
- Initial family planning office visits
- Contraceptive services and supplies
- Natural family planning supplies
- Family planning pharmacy visits
- Pap tests
- Test and treatment for Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) and other select lab tests
- Tubal ligation
- Annual and routine preventative primary care services

- The Family Planning Waiver promotes maternal and child health

- The Family Planning Waiver prevents unintended pregnancy and reduces the incidence of sexually transmitted infection and abortion

- The Family Planning Waiver is cost effective and saves Wisconsin taxpayers millions
