So called "personhood" laws
Legislators in several states, including Wisconsin, are pushing to ban abortion and strip women of their basic human rights by introducing so-called “Personhood” bills.

These bills are designed to get fertilized eggs, zygotes, embryos, and fetuses legally recognized as “persons,” that will have every protection offered under the U.S. Constitution, including the right to life from the point of conception.

Wisconsin State Senator Andre Jacque from DePere has introduced a "personhood" proposal in Wisconsin.
